- Handcrafted or made-to-order products may take slightly longer to dispatch.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

- We ship to all major cities and regions across India.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
- Standard delivery time is 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

- Free Shipping on most prepaid orders across India.
- A nominal shipping charge may apply to remote locations or cash-on-delivery (if enabled).

- In case of non-delivery, we will coordinate with the courier for resolution or reshipment.

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please:
- Take photos and video of the package before opening
- Refuse to accept it (if severely damaged)
