At Decorable, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, weβre here to help.
β Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in original condition, with packaging intact
π« Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products returned after 7 days from delivery
π Return Process
- Email us at support@decorable.in within 7 days of receiving the order
- Mention your order ID and share clear photos of the issue
- Our team will review and guide you through the return process
- Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable) or weβll share return instructions
π° Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5β7 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
π Replacements
If you prefer a replacement over a refund (for eligible products), weβll arrange to send a new piece at no extra cost.
